#426 Another Me with Zanze for Saviad


I used to joke with my friends that I needed a “wife”.  I; obviously don’t really want a wife; however someone who does all the things that I do would be really nice.  I’d love to have someone to do the laundry, someone to do the cleaning, someone to run errands.  I like to cook so I’d keep that for myself.  I could actually make much nicer meals and spend more time in the kitchen doing what I love if someone else were doing all the “other stuff”, not to mention being able to blog more, if there was more of me. I’d love to pick and choose what I want to do and have help with the other stuff.  Thus, that is not the life of a wife.  No picking and choosing – just doing!
Now an assistant though, would be awesome. Then I could delegate to my assistant the items that I don't want to do, such as clean the bathroom, wash clothes, vacuum. All the boring parts in life you wish you just had another you. Not to mention window cleaning and window sills, OMG! Where does it end. An assistant would be perfect. Now to wish for lotto, as this is too a dream. I wan't it all!!!

#361 Its days like this with Jumo, Bravura and Senso


Have you ever had a day where all you want to do is run away. There are days that I just want to runaway. I want to runaway from the voice in my head. I want to run from the mess in my house. I want to run and just be on my own. I want to drive far away and have no distractions, no sounds, I don’t want to speak and I don’t want to see anyone I just want to runaway.

 Sometimes those days are just a way of us escaping from what is most important or a call out to say I need time to think.  I can’t explain the human brain fully but I think on days where you want to runaway, you need to find a few moments to at least runaway in your head. You need to find some quiet time.  Sometimes Secondlife gives us this quiet time. We need to find an outlet in which we enjoy and spend some time worrying less and enjoying what we love the most.

#309 The Dragonflies are calling with !:Lybra:!, Tableau Vivant, Miamai and Bauhaus Movement




I was reading the other day that if you think of a dragonfly in your sleep,  the totem of a dragonfly means that you carry the wisdom of transformation and adaptability in life.  The dragonfly is connected to the symbolism of change and light. When the dragonfly shows up in your life, it may remind you to bring a bit more lightness and joy into your life.

Those who dream of dragonflies develop the ability to take things lightly even in the darkest moments.  The dragonfly invites people to keep a light, positive outlook no matter what.

#298 Circle of Life with Gabriel, Sassy, Belleza and Lark


These beautiful Sunflowers that I found at the Arcade Gacha made me think think that beauty does not last forever. We all have a Circle of Life.  The Circle of Life can be defined as nature's way of taking and giving back life to the earth.  It symbolizes the universe being sacred and divine. It represents the infinite nature of energy, meaning if something dies it gives new life to another.

 A friend of mine almost came close to making a decision the other day if there animal was not going to recover from it's illness. This illness is a horrendous cat flu, and the many questions that were asked apart from pray for my little friend, was also I don't think I could make that inevitable decision if my cat does not get better.

The topic of Euthanasia is one that not many people want to discuss. Apart from the obvious letting go of something that has been in your life for sometimes up to an 1/8th of your life in the case of my friend's cat. To lose them and never see them again is what becomes unbearable. I said to this friend, your heartache and your pain will fade eventually, You will miss them dreadfully, however you would not like them to be in pain, and could never bear their suffering.  Whilst we all prayed this friend's cat is recovering, however there is a Circle of Life, and one day whilst we never want to think about it, life does give way for new beginnings.

#296 Dreaming of the weekend with Purple Moon



As I head towards my weekend and I am deciding what to do and where to go, I am pleased to announce that I have been invited to be a blogger for Purple Moon. I am so excited. I have always loved and enjoyed the styles and designs that Purple Moon provides for us all. Designer Poulet Koenkamp truly has awe inspiring collections, that has always been a stop on my calendar when looking for that unique outfit, dress, or accessories.


Wearing one of the beautiful collections from Purple Moon called the "Brandy Dress" which can be found (FREE) for the Cherries on Top Hunt III. ThisValentine's event running from February 13th - February 28th, 2014 - 11:59 PM SLT . The Cherries on Top Hunt is open to public (no group membership required).

All you have to do is walk, run, skip if you like around the Purple Moon store, finding the gorgeous yummy cherries. There are 20 cherries in total, located in the three stores.  So bring your friends, loved ones if you haven't already, don't delay this event finishes very soon - tomorrow.

#291 Finding my solitude, How can I change your mind with Pure Poison, E-Clipse and Bauhaus Movement



There is a place not far from home, when feeling overtired, stressed, or just spent in general, that I find my solitude.  This place feels like home. It is where I was taken on holidays, where I spent every single minute of my time exploring as a child.

Now as an adult, I drive to this place, get out of the car, and walk along the road and just breathe in the fresh crisp air. Listen to the sounds of nature, the beauty of the scenery. Not many people know of this place which for now is quite serene and no tourists around. The harmony of this place, relaxes my mind and makes me feel at peace. It helps me think about life, whether I could ever change a person's mind about me and whether I could be more than just a friend.

This place is my solitude and  where I feel like I belong. Do you have one of those places?
