They caught all the wild children, and put them in zoos, they made them do sums and wear sensible shoes. 

They put them to bed at the wrong time of the day, and made them sit still when they wanted to play. 

They scrubbed them with soap and they made them eat peas. 

They made them behave and say pardon and please. 

They took all their wisdom and wildness away.

That’s why there are none in the forests today.

Six years I have spent at Secondlife and in that time I've met some amazing people from so many different countries, and religious beliefs. It has opened my eyes to different ways of living and life. Some of my closest friends I have come to realise wern't men afterall were female, and vica versa and I embrace their secrets, and think it is afterall a place for them to be something different.

One place that I return to often to seek some solace is that of my favourite land being Neva River.

I remember when Neva Crystall created Neva River for the first time, sharing with her loved ones, and then opening it up to the public including moi so I could move in. With a 'excuse the french', shitty, crappy old computer I had to leave my home of Neva River as my computer would not see the gorgeous settings Neva had created.

Whilst Neva has been a friend of mine for many a years now, I'd like to express my awe of her creative abilities and the time she spends making Secondlife the beautiful place it is now.

Collabor88 opened it's doors for the first time this year for the month of January, 2014. 

The theme of the event being Raw Nostalgia. A very romantic theme, full of beauty and surprises. Many designers scream to be at this event, and this month there is lots to see and try on for all SL fashionista's like myself.

Wearing one of the outfits from Ison, called the Charlotte Dress with the magical hair from Diva. I welcome Collabor88 for this month, and can't wait to see what else is around the corner for us all for the year 2014.

Have you ever felt immediately sorry for something that you have said, and you think oops I really didn't it mean it that way? I actually meant it.. this way instead.  The person was alarmed at what had been said and you instantly regret the words coming out of your mouth and think, how can I say sorry. How do I make amends?

This was me today. I felt like the walls closed around me.

I wear my heart on my sleeve and always have. I genuinely care about people and think my damn mouth gets in the way sometimes and yes I have heard many times, think before you speak and don't rush, however it also hurt others by my sometimes raw honesty.

For all of you that wear your heart on your sleeve like myself, take heed of my advice. When texting or talking on Sl, words can come out wrong, and can be read incorrectly.  For all of those people that have tried to make amends. People genuinely care and that is why they ask. xx


Destination - ISON

I decided to go on a bit of a spontaneous little picnic by myself today. Once the idea popped into my head I was obsessed with it and planned on making it exactly what I was after, a Relaxing Sunday.

So setting myself out on this gorgeous French destination today, I perched myself down, grabbed a bottle of red, and opened a book that I haven't had a chance to read since Christmas. I bet you all have one of those right?

With the enchanting rays soaking into my skin, wearing the new delights of Eyelure teamed up with Ison and the new skin from Belleza from Collabor88. I felt quite warm sitting out in the sun capturing all the goodness of the Vitamin D around me.

Looking around, the place is nearly deserted, sort of peaceful, with cicadas chirping by, birds squawking and ocean marine life nearby. This destination today, is a very pretty place, and the atmosphere is just perfect for that relaxing picnic and a chance to unwind.

So if you are like me and wanting to unwind, to take in the scenery and sounds.
