#427 LeLutka is For Ever


It has taken me forever to get this post up and I am not sure why. My apologies.

This beautiful new release that arrived for us all on Secondlife on the 1st April, or not so new release now from LeLutka was one that couldn't be missed. Painstakingly I had to wait for the available funds and then my first trip was to go to the new LeLutka store and try out the new mesh heads released by LeLutka on the 1st April.  The new mesh heads from LeLutka are just truly beautiful. There are three and they are called  Aria, Ever and Leda. Wearing "Ever" for you now, isnt Ever just devine? The porcelain skin, the easy hud to adjust your makeup is just so simple to use. Combined with the skin from Glam Affair which is a skin I have been wearing since Glam Affair first opened. This was one worthwhile reason to save for this mesh head.

What I love the most is that you can change the shape of the head a bit using appearance sliders, and adjust the makeup to make it your own unique style. It gives you the opportunity to make your head look slightly different than others. The heads also come with 10 Glam Affair skintones and standard brown brows, bliss I say and worth it. The skintones are activated via the LeLutka Head Hud and correspond to the same skintones in the Maitreya Lara Body HUD.

Al three brands, LeLutka, Maitreya and Glam Affair have done an amazing job at providing a truly awesome style for us all. This mesh head I would say is the easiest to ever use and I love the way you can design the head to be your own unique style.

#238 Hot as a fever with Lassitude and Ennui



It seems that no one is immune to E L James' controversial novel, '50 Shades of Grey'. 
Television shows, magazines, popular blogs, even conversations at work are filled with talk about how hot it is -- and how it may be solely responsible for jump-starting the sex drives of people across the country. While we await the release of the movie in 2014, it makes me think of the book when dominant Mr Grey likes to tie up and whip submissive brunettes like his innocent new conquest, Anastasia Steele. 

When Anastasia digs deeper to understand his strange sexual predilections, she learns that his desires stem from being "50 shades of [effed] up".  Anastasia, lives each day exploring her fantasies like we all enjoy whilst being apart of Second Life.

Some come on to do what we couldn't do in RL, or others come to explore and enjoy all the delights of what SL has to offer, meeting people and being apart of a community than spans countries.

#221 Light my Candle with Drift, Mandala, Ma Vie and Milana


My love of can­dles goes back to my child­hood. I always knew when we were hav­ing com­pany as my mom would have the house nice and clean when I came home from school and there would be at least a cou­ple of can­dles burning.  Although my dad couldn’t stand the strong smell of can­dles burning at night. I remember sitting around staring at the candles and the scents mixed in the room.

I love the flower scents of spring such as lilac and the clean, fresh scents of sum­mer like cot­ton and meadow show­ers. Red vel­vet cake and vanilla cup­cake are great for win­ter, but my favourite scents come out in the fall (Winter).  They’re always spicy and some­times woodsy and my favourites typ­i­cally have some type of orange, or apple scent.

I am always on the lookout for the best fragrances in a candle whatever the time of the year, but what I love most about lighting a candle is remembering the love we all have in the family and thinking of my love ones that are no longer with me today.

#169 Come taste the delights with Eyelure, Elephante Poses, R3Volt and Mandala


If you haven't already heard there is a Food Fair that is waiting just for you. Showcasing some many many designers, some of which include Boom, BSD Designs, Elephante Poses, Floorplan, Le Bistro, Lollipop Shop for the kiddies and many many more.

Food Fair, is an event created for the love of food! We all love food, and in SL we see it , make it, decorate with it,  so why wouldn’t it be fun to have a fair to feature it!
