I was reading an article the other day and it talked about 'Quality Time'. Today’s world has never moved faster. Where emails and phone calls seem to take priority over everything else aren’t we all forgetting what really matters? Making a difference to those who mean the most to us.

Everyone knows that spending time with friends and family is important. But it still sits a long way down our list of daily priorities. Just making that little extra effort can go such a long way, and ultimately our children and relationships benefit from it the most. Experts agree that quality time spent with children can help them become more balanced as an adult. It takes only 15 minutes per day to reconnect with a child and in turn make a real difference. Whether playing, reading a story, sharing a meal or even an ice cream. It doesn’t really matter what you do. The important thing is that you do it in the first place.

In spending more quality time for myself on my blog creations, Zerkalo have released the beautiful ‘Evelin’s Bathroom’ set at the August round of FAMESHED. The set is available in both PG and Adult versions. There are 2 versions of the bathtub – golden and silver which refers to the faucet and piping textures. The Silver I have used in the above picture. In addition to the bathtubs there are red and white rose petal textured pieces to place on top of the water, or on the ground which I have used above, and beautiful decorative sets of candles (single and double), rolled towels, rug, stepladder and flat towels. For my no '380' blog post I would like to thank the amazing creators and designs that I used for this post. The idea behind this post reminded me of the good ole days and I'm not that old!

I believe we are in desperate times, people and desperate times call for desperate measures. So it is with great verve and energy that I issue a battle cry for action.

It is time we took back what is rightfully ours, families of the world. It is time we re-claimed our rights to that all-important evening hour- a time once known as supper, which held the power in its reach to gather together people from diverse activities and places and in so doing, press the pause button on whatever other all-important, pressing concerns might have been going on at the time.
It’s time we got our supper hour back.

Thankyou to Apple Fall for giving me this idea with their splendid double tier and strawberry on top cake that is available now as a Gacha item. We need to come home. Who cares about our diets, who cares about cholesterol,  It is time to snuggle up, grab a good book and wait for that once fabulous meal time called Suppertime.

All of a sudden, your blog seems like a dog biting your heel cap and refusing to let go. You do not have time for yourself, all your research zeal has been exhausted and the topics you want to write on are all watered down. They have no juice anymore. You have no juice anymore. Welcome to the world of writer’s block! Well this is me at present.


All bloggers reach their writing limits at one time or the other. After blogging for some time, ideas just seem to vanish into thin air. All the great topics on your blogging pad have either been flawlessly covered in another blog, outfits copied, or simply the same, or you have the title, but no content to write. When this happens, and it happened to me last week when I was sick.


 I say to myself, something will change, rest, read more mazagines, more books, take a breather, walk outside in the warm winter sun. Don't throw a tantrum, don't throw out the typewriter yet or hurl it over the balcony. Clear you mind and yes you can change the color of your pen, but hanging the gloves is not an option. You need to bring your sexy back and so I will.. (I hope).
