#917 Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see...


“For too long, the concept of gratitude had been ignored, it is called “the forgotten factor in the science of well-being." In other words, the art of giving thanks, we tend to throw it out like “Thanks” like Ta.. But do we really mean thankyou when we say it.. Or is it just a passing comment... “Thanks” 

We should be grateful more often for the help that we get, and why not pass on that thanks.  

Why not do something nice for someone else, and not expect anything in return. We should practice being thankful more than once a year – more than just thanksgiving... What else can people do to cultivate more gratitude in their lives?
