#108 Changes with Liv-Glam, and House of RFyre



They say we change for a reason, We grow each day and become a better person. Thinking back I feel like today is going to be a hard road, and one part of change that I am not looking forward too. The meaning of Life and Death. The topic that no one wants to talk about. That we all get old and then die. It is a part of life but never seems to be discussed. It is like a taboo subject, that we laugh about but never take seriously.

I have lost a lot of friends in my life. Each time I came face to face with the pain of loss, I was presented with a choice. In looking back at my life, I have come to realize that the choice was always the same. That I needed to grow and change. As Gandhi said, “the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others., and that is my change today. Looking after the ones that made me.

This destination today was the perfect setting for my feelings and apprehension for change and I know that although a hard road to come, this is just another cycle to the path of life.

Reading about Strawberry Singh's Procrastination Meme, I was thrilled to find this creative setting for Mischa's Reminiscing Meme.   1. What is the rez date for your current SL Avatar - Mischa Moyet – 8/2/2009 - has it been that long??
  2. Where was the first place you made friends as a newb and got to know people in Second Life? The first place I discovered in SL I honestly can't remember the name now but was bitten by a vamp and was turned instantly. (Rolling eyes). My one true friend that means still alot to me is still here on SL and have known him for approx 4 years. We have gone our separate ways but he has found someone special and will always be a good friend.  
  3. Where do you spend most of your SL time now? Dancing and blogging of course and visiting many different destinations for SL Destinations R Us.
  4. Who is your closest friend in Second Life?  Hmm too many to name..All too close.
  5. What is the most favorite thing in your inventory? An outfit that was personally made for me, from a designer that is truly amazing.
  6. The last thing you purchased in Second Life? Glam Affair skin, wearing it now. It is so beautiful and the skin so real to life. Even the freckles ;)
  7. What color clothing does your avatar wear most often? Honestly lots of colours, fav is blue.
  8. Do you prefer to walk, run or fly? I normally run and flip, love my AO :)
  9. What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done in SL? Can I get back to you on that one?

#106 Picnic with Fiend, Milana and Glam Affair


As some are you are preparing for the evening meal, I am stretching thinking about what I would like to do today whilst on a extended holiday from Easter. Thinking it would be lovely to go on a picnic, my son shouts from the other room, are you kidding mum it is going to rain.. sigh. Adventurous he is not..

So whilst it may not be a picnic day afterall, Mischa can enjoy the wonders of the day for me for the time being.
